Evaporative cooling pads are fabricated from special cellulose material that has been treated with unique ingredients and design to achieve high cooling efficiency. The cross fluted, unequal angle pad design promotes the beneficial mixing of air and water for optimum cooling. This unique design also helps to continually direct more water to the air entering the face of the pad, where the air is the hottest, driest, dirtiest, and where most intense evaporation occurs. As the hot air passes through the evaporative cooling pads a stream of cool and refreshing air is produced. It's Eco-friendly by nature and economical to the user.

We have two different types of panels, the type 5090 which is the one that offers the best cooling performance and is used for evaporative coolers for air conditioning in general, and the type 7090 with lower cooling performance but with less pressure drop, its Use is specifically for farms and greenhouses where they have evaporative air cooling systems with fans.

RTFANS model 5090 Pads are 5 mm Flute size pad which has extensive water absorption capability, hence providing more cooling as compared to any other flute size cooling pad. It's the ideal cooling media to keep the temperature low in Green house, Poultry Farms, factory shop floors, Industrial & Commercial Premises to improve the indoor air quality for both humans and livestock

Excellent cooling efficiency due to the unique design, manufacturing methods, and materials used, high face velocity allows the air to travel through the pad without water droplet carryover, low-pressure drop allows the high-velocity air to travel through the pad without significant resistance, self-cleaning design due to steeper angle of unequal flute design, flushing dirt and debris from the surface of the pad, simple to maintain.
